I have found Prime's work to be of very high standard. Their technicians and mangers have great knowledge and top work ethics which I know as a facility manager is going to save our business time and money and still get a great/high quality finish to every job they do. No job is too hard and there is an obvious pride in the company at all levels.

We hired Prime after we had issues on getting the system design approved.  Their engineer came for a site visit committed to take over the job, filed and got the job approved and  issues were resolved promptly and professionally with clear communication through management. Prime stood out as a quality subcontractor on this project since the job was signed with a different company prior. Moving forward they are our Fire Alarm vendor for all our properties.
